About me.

I grew up surrounded by tennis players who dreamed of reaching the very top. In the 1990s, they came from all over the world, and that fascinated me. I wanted that too: to discover the world, travel, and go far.

Tennis, as it turned out, wasn’t my forte. But the ambition to grow, learn, and keep moving forward certainly was. Along with everything that sometimes comes with it: self-demand, the pressure we put on ourselves, and that persistent feeling that we can always do more and better.

For over fifteen years, I developed my career internationally across industrial, design, and lighting companies—the latter years as CEO and Managing Director, holding direct accountability for strategy, teams, and P&L results.

I led companies through critical moments, built structures from scratch, opened markets across Asia-Pacific, the Middle East, and Europe, and led international teams. I had to make crucial decisions when there was no obvious answer and stand by them, even when no one else could share the weight.

I don’t tell you this to accumulate credentials. I tell you this because it is the reason why, when we work together, we don’t discuss leadership in the abstract. I know what it feels like to stand alone before a decision, unable to pass every doubt to the team, and having to decide regardless.

Having been on the inside helps me understand what is truly at stake when you are in charge. Not theoretically, because I lived it: the loneliness, the relentless self-demand, the fear of letting people down, the struggle to pause or delegate. Being on the outside today allows me to look at it with a distance that is hard to have when you are in the thick of it.

Today, I accompany leaders in finding a space of their own: to pause, think, feel, and explore different perspectives before deciding. A place where they are not alone with what they are holding, and from which they can move toward their personal and professional goals. I like to listen, ask questions, and challenge when needed, always from a deeply human, non-judgmental stance closely connected to business reality.

I combine this practice with teaching International Strategy at IQS and my role as co-founder and partner at MUSŌ.
