I bring over fifteen years of international executive career in industrial, design, and lighting companies. In recent years I served as CEO and Managing Director, with direct responsibility over strategy, teams, and P&L results.

Today I am in a distinct professional chapter, focused on what deeply motivates me: working alongside leaders and organizations navigating periods of change, uncertainty, growth, or transition.

I care about helping individuals and companies move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and consistency—closing the gap that so often exists between designed strategy and real execution.

Coaching allows me to open fresh perspectives. Strategic advisory brings focus and business acumen. And my years in senior executive seats ensure I stay anchored to business reality and what it truly means to make decisions when accountability rests on you.

My career combines general management, business turnaround, international sales development, team building, brand repositioning, and leadership across industrial and family-owned companies.

I have steered companies through critical moments, built operational structures from scratch, expanded markets in Asia-Pacific, the Middle East, and Europe, and led international teams. I have also been directly accountable for growth, profitability, and transformation.

I have lived many of these challenges from the inside, holding responsibility and deciding when there was no obvious answer.

That experience profoundly shapes how I work today. It allows me to blend strategic business perspective with deep human understanding of what leading people, bearing uncertainty, and owning decisions truly requires.

Having been inside helps me understand what is at stake. Standing outside today allows me to observe with the clarity and perspective hard to maintain when caught in daily operations.
